Well hello there!
I'm the manager of a new, dutch dojinshi circle named 'Celestial'. At the moment we have 5 artists and 1 guest artist. We are planning to debut on the Chibicon 2010. Currently we have enough artists, but we always welcome new people. So.. if you're dutch and you are very good at drawing manga send us a mail and we'll definitely reply! I do have to say that we only take very good people and you may not be able to be admitted in our circle immediatly, because we do have deadlines for our books and stuff..
